  3. Develop a list of features of your home for agents to use with their buyers.
  4. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable.
  5. Prospect 2 plus hours a day and talk to 20 plus past clients & center of influence buyer leads looking for potential buyers.
  6. Contact the top 50 agents in our area and integrate our listings with them.
  7. Present constant marketing to over 2,000 people a week.
  8. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.
  9. Market through the internet…, which reaches 7 million people monthly, and other websites along with mailings, brochures, and any other special advertising campaigns we feel are needed.
  10. Invest $17,000.00 annually into Real Estate Education and consulting to stay ahead of the industry.
  11. Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box.
  12. 24-Hour property sign that allows prospective buyers to hear information on your property any time of the day. At the same time it records their information so that we may call them immediately to set up an appointment.
  13. Whenever possible, pre-qualify prospective buyers.
  14. Follow up with the sales associates who have shown your home for feedback and response.  Every Thursday or Friday you will be contacted for the past week showings and feedback.
  15. Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.
  16. Represent you on all offer presentations to assist you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
  17. Handle all of the follow-up upon a contract being accepted…all mortgage, title and other closing procedures
  18. Help you find another house when you have sold your home or any other time that you wish to buy.
  19. Deliver your check at the closing.


We realize that clear and precise communication is one of the most important aspects to selling your home.  You will receive calls every Thursday or Friday from Syndi, who will give a report on the feedback of your home’s showings.  Mike, Joyce and Rachel are always available for questions and will contact you once a month to make sure that you are satisfied, discuss market conditions, and any other concerns or problems you may have.
