Stephanie Jacob is our Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator. She ensures that your experience with us is pleasant and efficient. As your home is listed and on the market she maintains your listing and is in constant contact with you for updates and specific needs. As Purchase & Sales Contracts come together, she also coordinates with all parties involved in the sale to ensure the contract is being executed effectively. Escrow, Title, Appraisal, Termite, Inspection, Lender, Buyer, Seller, Listing and Buyer Agents are just a few of the many people she contacts on your behalf.  Stephanie also takes care of all Pepin Realty’s marketing, including maintaining a database of over 2,000 names that Mike and Joyce use to sell homes. Our marketing includes individual property listing coordination, internet related advertising projects, as well as unique campaigns that are created and designed on an as needed basis to suit our client’s individual needs. Stephanie, consults team members daily, and is always ready and willing to go the extra step for you.
